urgh. super fed up with some aluminium suppliers.

emailed them about quotation and i waited no reply like 2-3 days. so i decided to call them. and come'on la aunties! it's your job. shouldnt you be polite to your customer? i am damn pissed off with their rude attitudes and for god's sake, it is not only one company who is rude to me. it really seems like a battle to ask for quotations. wtf. and the economy is in a recession now. and yet, this is how you treat your customers. soon. i guess your company will go bankrupt. bless you.

no wonder mr ang told me that purchasers in most companies are aunties and their attitudes are really terrible.

it's not easy at all.
