some rules to take note of:

Do not show environments that are void of life. Do not feature individuals looking dispassionate. Avoid showing people who are not interacting with other people or with their surrounding.

Avoid passport-style portraits or portraits of people posing to the camera. Do not show people being passive.

urgh.

so we need to portray a lively and full of passion Singapore.

but are Singaporeans really happy and passionate with life?

before i read the rules,

i was actually comtemplating to take a photo of the oldies in sg who are left behind by the fast pace of singapore.

but again.

the theme is iconic.

how can a passive photo be an icon?

we cant deny that one always wana portray the best image to others.
that's the realistic part of life.
